Royal Ranthambore Safari is a private safari and travel assistance agency based in Ranthambore, Rajasthan, India. We provide assistance and information for safari and travel arrangements in and around Ranthambore.

By using this website or contacting us for any service, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. PRIVATE TRAVEL AGENCY

Royal Ranthambore Safari is a private safari and travel assistance agency.

We are not the official website of Ranthambore National Park, Rajasthan Forest Department, Government of Rajasthan, or any government authority.

Our role is to provide customers with information and assistance related to safari and travel arrangements.

2. SAFARI BOOKING & AVAILABILITY

Safari bookings, permits, safari zones, vehicle availability, safari timings and entry are subject to applicable Forest Department rules, availability and confirmation.

Availability may change at any time depending on the available quota, date, safari shift, vehicle type, zone and applicable rules.

Submitting an inquiry does not automatically mean that a safari booking has been confirmed.

A booking is considered confirmed only after the applicable booking process has been completed and confirmation has been provided.

3. SAFARI VEHICLES

Safari may be available through different vehicle options, including open Gypsy and Canter, subject to availability and applicable rules.

The requested vehicle type is subject to availability and confirmation at the time of booking.

Vehicle allocation, safari zone and safari timing cannot be guaranteed unless specifically confirmed.

4. SAFARI ZONES & TIMINGS

Safari zones and safari timings are subject to the applicable Forest Department system, availability, operational requirements and other applicable rules.

Customers understand that a preferred zone or particular safari timing cannot always be guaranteed.

Any changes made by the applicable authority or due to operational circumstances will apply to the safari arrangement.

5. WILDLIFE SIGHTINGS

Wildlife sightings are completely natural and depend on animal movement, weather, season, forest conditions and other natural factors.

Royal Ranthambore Safari does not guarantee tiger sightings or sightings of any particular animal, bird or wildlife species.

No customer should consider any wildlife sighting to be a guaranteed part of the safari service.

6. CUSTOMER INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information such as name, mobile number, travel date, number of visitors and other details required for the requested service.

Customers may be required to provide valid identification or other information as applicable to the safari or travel service.

Incorrect or incomplete information may affect the processing of the requested service.

7. PRICING & CHARGES

Prices may vary depending on the travel date, safari type, vehicle availability, applicable fees, supplier charges, taxes, transaction charges and other service-related costs.

The applicable price and inclusions should be confirmed before a customer proceeds with a booking or payment.

Any government, Forest Department, transaction, payment processing or supplier charges applicable to a service may be subject to their respective terms.

8. PAYMENT & CONFIRMATION

An inquiry or request for availability does not itself constitute a confirmed booking.

Where payment is required, customers will be informed of the applicable payment requirements before proceeding.

A service becomes confirmed only after the required booking process and applicable payment or confirmation requirements have been completed.

9. CANCELLATION & REFUND

Cancellation and refund conditions may vary depending on the service, booking status and applicable supplier or service-provider terms.

Unconfirmed safari payments may be refundable, subject to applicable transaction or processing charges.

Once a safari booking or other travel service has been confirmed, cancellation may be non-refundable according to the applicable booking or supplier terms.

Customers should review the applicable Cancellation & Refund Policy before confirming a service.

10. HOTELS & TRANSPORTATION

Hotel, transportation, pickup, drop and other travel services may be provided or arranged through independent service providers.

Availability, pricing, cancellation conditions and service terms may vary by provider.

The applicable supplier's terms may apply to the requested service.

11. CHANGES OR CANCELLATION BY SERVICE PROVIDERS

Safari timings, zones, vehicle availability, hotel availability, transportation and other travel arrangements may change due to availability, operational requirements, weather, government or Forest Department rules, safety requirements or other circumstances beyond our control.

Where applicable, we will communicate relevant updates to customers.

12. WEBSITE INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on our website useful and up to date. However, availability, prices, timings and service conditions may change.

Customers should confirm the latest availability, price and applicable terms before making a payment or finalizing a service.

13. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Where a third-party service is involved, the applicable provider's terms, availability and cancellation conditions may also apply.
